It is a brand new house with all kind of facilities. I enjoy my stay at this property. Rempstone property managers are very professional, passion, helpful. They provide weekly cleaning service and garden, so the house is very tidy. Because Rempstone set some general rules, our kitchen is very tidy and clean too. I really enjoy staying with other flatemates in the house.

Brand new house with spacious room, utensil and linen is provided for each room, public facilities is very thoughtful. And Rempstone also provides weekly cleaning service which is important to us as a boarding house. Their property manager care tenants, respond to each tenant in time. That is my best renting experience during my study abroad in Christchurch.
